Senior Inspection Officer, Terry Cahoj, holds a Class A General Contractor license in Denver County and in many surrounding counties of Denver. Cahoj has managed countless commercial and residential projects spanning a career of over 37 years. He has performed a multitude of functions as a Construction Consultant for Finance Companies and Firms nationwide. He has performed over 3,000 Home, County Compliance, and Collateral Inspections.
President and Chief Inspection Officer, Alex Cahoj, has extensive experience as a Construction Loan Underwriter, Draw Disbursement Representative, and has performed well over 2,000 Collateral Inspections, the majority being construction related. He also holds a Colorado Real Estate License.
