o Receive Inspection Request with appropriate address, VIN or serial numbers and year, make, model and color of applicable inventory
o Onsite inspection of inventory at location designated by customer
o View vehicle identification numbers and vehicle characteristics to verify property corresponding to Inspection Request
o Verify inventory is onsite
o If inventory not onsite, trace whereabouts and verify those whereabouts through phone or physical verification process
o Photograph inventory
o Complete Inspection Report
o Upload inspection to website or e-mail inspection report to lender
o File Inspection Report for future inspection requests or inquiries
